be accepted for refund or exchange up to 14 days after you receive your
order. Books returned for refund or exchange must be in their original
unused condition and must be accompanied by proof of purchase. Fats &
Figures/Rock Wallaby Enterprises Pty Ltd will not refund initial delivery
costs, unless the return is a result of our error. Returns should be posted
to: Cancellation A cancellation must be made by telephone to 02 4225 9952 and will only be accepted if it is received prior to your receiving email notification that your order has been despatched. Delivery Books ordered online will be despatched within three working days if in stock. You will be notified by email when your order has been despatched. All delivery fees are listed in the shopping cart section of the site. Shopping Security Fats & Figures/Rock Wallaby Enterprises Pty Ltd consider the security of your information to be of the utmost importance. Our security measures are designed to provide the highest level of safety you should expect when purchasing goods via the internet. Facsimile Send your order by fax to us direct on 02 42259603 with your credit card details. Simply complete the form on the checkout page, press the print button and fax to us. 2. Cheque or Money Order Simply indicate you will be paying by cheque or money order in the payment type option on the check out page. We will hold your order until we receive your payment. Please write your name on the back of your cheque or money order and allow an extra seven days for cheques to clear. |
